Speaker's Bio:

Tom O’Shea, CMC is co-owner and principal in Agility Consulting & Training, a Greensboro based firm recognized globally for thought leadership and best practices in the field of leadership and organizational agility.  Tom has a master’s degree in organizational psychology along with senior executive experience in human resources, strategic planning and general management as a VP/GM running a consumer products business unit for five years.  He is a trusted advisor, consultant and executive coach to dozen of clients across very diverse markets and geography.  He has been a featured speaker at international conferences such as the Human Resource Planning Society and the Organization Design Forum. He is also co-author, with business partner Dr. Nick Horney, in the upcoming book entitled – The Agile Imperative: A Leader’s Guide to Organizational Agility.  Tom is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and President of the Carolinas Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) – the premier global association for consultants to management.
